RADO’s Over-Pole Worldtimer:  A new timepiece for the Modern Lady

Rado:  The Over-Pole Worldtimer

Globetrotters It’s Time to Travel with the newest watch from Rado:  The Over-Pole Worldtimer. Rado watches have gone back into history and recreated a watch model from the 1960’s. They unveiled the new Over-Pole Worldtimer watch. This watch in a 37mm case is equipped with a hand-wound mechanical movement which gives 80-hours power reserve. The Over-Pole Worldtimer watch is best suited for the modern lady who loves some adventure in life. The watch has a turning bezel with the indications of key cities of the world, for quick estimation of the time in those locations

Talking of the vintage design, the watch comes in a polished stainless-steel case, around which the key elements of the original design are identifiable, like the inward-sloping bezel with city names, the classic red date-numeral at 3 o’clock and the box-shaped glass. In this reissue, the bezel carries a black, polished high-tech-ceramic insert with laser engraving for the city names.

What is fascinating is the silver to black gradient curved dial with rhodium coloured applied indexes. The new Over-Pole watch comes in a limited-edition exclusive series of 1962 units. The watch comes with a brown vintage leather, and an additional stainless-steel rice grain bracelet.

JAMM says:

The watch will naturally appeal to the modern adventurous lady who needs to know the time in different time zones across the globe.  This also poised to appeal to watch enthusiasts who have an eye for vintage timepieces.
